Here’s what Marathon Mindset is..
A 12, 16, or 20 week plan
Most marathon training plans are 12-20 weeks long, so I designed three different versions of this program to match your regular training plan. (You can choose your start date too!) You get a weekly mindset exercise sent to you, which you complete in the program’s app.
Progression of exercises designed specifically for runners
Mindset exercises are specifically created and placed in the order that will match your physical training the most and help you build a marathon mindset. For example, at the beginning of the program, you’ll get an exercise on establishing your goals. Then we’ll move into mental skills foundations like the thought-performance connection. As your long runs get longer, we’ll cover strategies to stay mentally engaged and how to use them as mental prep for race day.

Kind of. While this program is very specific to runners, it can be used for half marathons, full marathons, ultras, or even shorter races. The language used throughout will be based on someone running a marathon, though.

Yes! After you sign up, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to get started. Once you’re logged in to your program platform, you’ll be asked to pick your start date.

Marathon Mindset is a hybrid program. You will receive some 1:1 coaching. The main difference, though, is that every athlete in the program will receive the exact same exercises as they progress through. Aka it’s not specific to you.
